FOR YOUR INFORMATION, some countries require a tourist visa in advance and some can be obtained on arrival at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. Some visitors do not require a visa at all. Prices also vary. Visas are valid for up to three or thirty days. Passports must be valid for at least six months from your arrival date. Please check with your nearest Indonesian Embassy or Consulate or contact our reservations department prior to your departure.
Other Benefits
Stay minimum 7 nights in all types of room get one (1) time dinner, package includes food only and valid for two (2) persons per room. Not valid for booking using promotional code.
Credit Cards Accepted
Amex, Visa, Master and Diners Card. Please note that due to Government regulations, when paying by credit cards, quoted rates in US Dollars are converted into Indonesian Rupiah according to the prevailing Hotel Book Keeping rate at time of transaction.
Personal cheque is not accepted.
Room Booking
To confirm the room booking please fill in the reservation form and send to [email protected]. Minimum 1 (one) night deposit will be charged 1 (one) month prior to arrival date, with the remaining to be settled upon checking in. In order to secure the booking, guarantee is required with these options for payment:
Via Credit Card
The same credit card used for securing the booking must be presented upon check in for settling the remaining balance. We are no longer using sign on file (SOF), guest will receive an online link payment request upon booking, with a system similar to online payment.
Check-In and Check-Out Policy
All guests must present their passport upon check in. The reception staff will make a copy. All guest is request to fill in and sign the registration form. All guest information will be kept confidential.
Guest are required to provide deposit funds for incidental charges during their stay upon check in. Unused funds will be reimbursed to the guest upon check out, depending on the initial guarantee provided upon arrival, which is cash or via bank transfer for credit card.
Check-in time is 14:00 hours local time (GMT +08.00)
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Early Check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.
Late Check-out till 18.00 is charged 50% of room rate and subject to availability upon departure.
For early morning departure, guest are recommended to contact the reception desk one day prior to departure to arrange wakeup call service or transportation.
Credit Limit Information
The credit limit for guest personal accounts is IDR 2,500,000.-. Upon reaching the credit limit, guests will be requested to settle the outstanding payment in advance. Our reception team will send a notification if the credit limit has been reached and will request guest to settle at the reception.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations through the website must be guaranteed by a credit card. In the event of cancellation 3 days prior to arrival date (for the period of 01 Oct - 22 Dec, 06 Jan - 30 Jun) and 21 days prior to arrival date (for the period of 01 Jul - 30 Sept, 23 Dec - 05 Jan), the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one night accommodation.
No Show Policy
Credit cards details held by Santrian will only be debited in the event no-show. A one night room rental (inclusive of service charge and government taxes)will be charged through the credit cards.
Early Departure
In the event of early departure, the hotel will charge a minimum of one night penalty and in high seasons might be higher at hotel's discretion.
Pet Policy
Guests are prohibited from bringing their pets.
Maximum Room Occupancy
Two (2) persons per room for Deluxe are allowed with existing bedding, extra bed / baby cot is not available.
While in Garden Wing, Beach Wing and Santrian Suite, 3 people per room are allowed with 1 extra bed. There's additional charge for extra beds, based on availability; please check with us if you'd like to request one.
Baby cots are available complimentary upon request.
Your reservation includes complimentary wireless internet and on-site parking.
All of our in-door rooms, including balcony & terrace, are completely non-smoking.
Guests are not allowed to hang clothes / towel / swimsuit on the balcony/terrace or on the wall. Please contact housekeeping team for laundry service or assistance.
Guest Attire
A bathrobe (yukata) and slippers have been provided for use within the guest room. Please refrain from going out of the room in the yukata or slippers.
We politely request all guests to dress in swimwear cover-up when in the reception, restaurant, and lounge areas.
Smoking Restriction
In line with recent government laws, that the resort is now a smoking restricted area. Smoking is no longer allowed in the room, restaurant, pool bar, pool and sun decks area.
All of our in-door rooms, including balcony & terrace, are completely non-smoking. If you light up inside the room we must charge a IDR 500K smoking fee to your card, plus taxes.
We have designated certain smoking areas in the public area, indicated in yellow dots on our resort map. Please contact reception for further information.
Children Policy
All children under 2 (two) years old stay free of charge in a baby cot/existing bed.
All children from 3 to 11 years are charge at IDR 250,000 net per night when using existing bed.
Any additional older children or adults are charge at IDR 500,000 net per night for extra bed (not available for Deluxe room type).
The maximum number of Extra bed a room is 1 (one), which can be either a bed or a baby cot. The room can not accommodate both an extra bed and baby cot.
Dining
Outlet opening hours:
Breakfast at Wantilan Restaurant will be available from from 6.30AM to 10.30AM
Lunch & Dinner at Wantilan Restaurant will be available from 11AM to 11PM
Room Service is available from 6.30AM to 01.00AM
No outside food & drink allowed in our restaurant or dining area, corkage fee will apply.
No strong smelling food allowed in the resort area, for example durian.
Airport Transfer
Airport transfer is available on request at IDR 400,000 net/car/way (For 1 – 3 pax).

Shower Room
For your convenience, after you check out but before your departure we provide private shower room available for 24hours, available upon booking in advance. The guest is entitled to a locker key and towel, where loss or damage will be charged to the respective guest, for the towel IDR 200K and for locker key IDR 150K per piece. Use of the shower room is limited to max 20 minutes each guest.
Left Items
Griya Santrian Resort shall not be liable for loss or damage of items that are left in room after guests checking out. If the left item is not claimed within the maximum period of 14 days, The Resort may dispose of it without notice.
Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is available only for guests currently staying at the Griya Santrian Resort to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out, at the Resort's option.
Each item of luggage will be tagged with a luggage identification tag and may only be retrieved by the bearer of the tag. If the tag cannot be produced during collection, we may nevertheless allow the luggage to be collected if the person claiming it can establish, to our satisfaction, his/her right or authority to collect the luggage and The Resort shall not be liable for any loss or damage for releasing the luggage accordingly. The maximum storage period is 7 days. Should your luggage or item remain unclaimed upon expiry of the maximum storage period allowed, the Resort reserves the absolute right and discretion to dispose of the luggage or item without any liability to you. You use the Resort luggage storage facilities at your own risk. Griya Santrian Resort will not be responsible for loss of or damage to the luggage, the contents therein or your personal belongings (including any valuables, even if we have been advised) during storage or during the disposal process however caused and you hereby release The Resort from any liability in respect thereof.
Damage
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to Griya Santrian Resort premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Resort) during your stay. Griya Santrian Resort reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by The Resort as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, The Resort further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.
Guest Activities
Whilst the utmost care is taken to ensure weather conditions is congenial it is considered at our guests own risk to book outside activities during their stay and it is advised that Griya Santrian cannot take any responsibility for injury or claims during these activities. These activities include but are not limited to cycling, canoeing, yoga, snorkeling, cooking class, balinese dance class and gamelan class
